Águia Química adopts the Total Quality policy, consolidated with the achievement of ISO Certificate 9001/2000. All employees are stimulated on a permanent basis to follow this policy and its procedures, as required by the ISO 9001 standard. In addition, our company follows ABNT (Brazilian Association of Technical Standards) requirements in our in-house processes, assuring quality to our procedures and consequently to our products.
Águia Química senior management has established a quality policy suitable for the purposes of the organization, in compliance with NBR ISO 9001 requirements. It is communicated within the company by means of bulletin boards and periodical meetings held with employees with the purpose of making them aware of its importance. The company’s quality policy is as follows:
