Águia Química has a strong environmental policy. The company continually invests to reduce as much as possible the impact to Environment by following all regulations set forth by the main regulatory agencies of the sector, such as the IAP (Instituto Ambiental do Paraná)[Environmental Institute of Parana] and ANP (Agência Nacional de Petróleo)[National Petroleum Agency]. In addition, it has individual environmental policies such as the proper disposal of solid waste and other ones jointly with the holding company.
Since the 3 companies of Águia Participações group are located in the same area, most of the environmental policies are carried out jointly. Environmental preservation has always been viewed as of major importance by the group and therefore they invest and are devoted to sustainability and forest planting.
In addition to the concern of supplying high-performance products, Águia Química also seeks to manufacture them in a sustainable way, reducing the environmental impact in all its processes. These actions do not only show respect and responsibility to the environment, but also concern with the future generations. With this, in addition to the commitment with preservation of the environment, the company aspires to contribute to the improvement of quality of life and development of its employees and the community.
